“My Class of '16 twins first went to the school photographer.  I paid extra to have them each have changes of clothes and extra time.  When we went, I was not even allowed in the room!

When I received the proofs, I was very upset. Their hair wasn't fixed, shiny faces and the smiles were fake.  The girls looked awful!!

“I used Upscale two years ago for my son's senior portraits and it was a great experience.  When it came time for my twins to get theirs done, we tried to see if we could save a little money and went with the school picture company.  Turned out to be a big mistake!

The process a school was akin to an assembly line with high school seniors lined up and rushed through like they were getting their photos taken for a school ID card.  My girls had spend almost an hour getting ready for their senior portraits, yet they barely got 5 minutes.

Disappointed, we went back to Upscale to get their photos done properly without being rushed.  The photographer was friendly and took his time, making sure they had time to pose and were happy with the look before the shots were taken.  Forget 5 minutes, my girls got well over 2 ½ hours with the photographer!  For the session fee, I received ore than just a yearbook and cap and gown pics!  The photographer als did some fun shots in different outfits with backgrounds in the studio and went outside. He even had my son join the twins to capture this millstone gradation event.  The photographer here is extremely dedicated and gifted at capturing the perfect picture. 

All around, it was a fantastic, first class experience at Upscale.  I can't wait to come back for a family portrait in the future."
